Firstly, I strongly recommend Cody to anyone looking for a mortgage. Cody was recommended to us by a family member and we were not disappointed. We had a relatively complicated situation with buying our first home and Cody made it so much easier for us finding a great rate and understanding our options. He was always available to discuss options that fit our situation best. He also took the time to fully explain details during meetings and emails to ensure we fully understood everything. Being first time home buyers, this was very helpful with the very little we knew going in. 6 months after getting our first mortgage with Cody we received a detailed email from him on how we can get a better rate. We decided to go with his suggestion and now save even more. This shows that he is on top of the quickly changing interest rates and is continually looking out for us which is appreciated. Our mortgage situation ended up being way more complicated than expected due to an interprovincial move, probationary periods on new jobs, realtor errors in our previous home sale documents, etc. Cody worked tirelessly to help us navigate every challenge that popped up.
