During the call with him, he would explain very patiently about how our situation looks like in terms of credit history, and how to build credit strategically in the future, and let us know a few recommendations. His expertise made the house buying process look very easy. From pre-approval, writing offer, and to final approval, it only took two weeks for our situation, and Cody made every single process seamless and smooth, hitting every deadline. During the purchasing process, there is no bigger comfort than knowing that he’s got our backs regarding mortgage.
