Cody did a great job on getting our mortgage approved. We were a complicated case. We were working in Bangladesh and are British citizens with a Canadian daughter who were buying the apartment with. Despite doing all our conversations over Skype - Cody managed to get us a great deal on our mortgage and we were super happy with his friendly and supportive service.

My wife and I, through no fault of our own, lost both of our small businesses a while back, due to these businesses failing somehow. One of us had to declare bankruptcy, and for the first time in our lives we saw what it was like to have no credit. It got worse and our house was taken by the bank.
