My wife and I, through no fault of our own, lost both of our small businesses a while back, due to these businesses failing somehow. One of us had to declare bankruptcy, and for the first time in our lives we saw what it was like to have no credit. It got worse and our house was taken by the bank. It was the lowest point of our married lives. We appeared doomed to rent forever...

After trying to restore our credit we contacted Cody. He took an interest in seeing what he could do to help us and the kids find a new home big enough for a growing family and worked very hard for us! We had been told 'no' by the big banks.

Luckily, we met Cody. Cody worked extremely hard putting together a short-term mortgage with a private lender for a modest new home we had hoped to buy. The interest rate was a little higher but we managed it by budgeting as it further increased our credit rating. This got us a nice home. Cody did not quit then, he stayed with us and then got us another mortgage a few months later, with an even lower interest rate!

My wife and children now have their own rooms in a nice, new house which we can afford. We pay normal interest rates and love our new place!

I do not trust people easily, Cody will attest to that. I can say with all honesty and sincerity that this guy will work his tail off for you and when he says he wants to help you he truly means it, and does what he says! Thank you, Cody!
